1-Do not apply If you are new.
2-Do not apply If you are new at forums.
3-Do not apply If you are racist or have bad attitude.
4-If you are a hopper you should not apply.
5-Your vcmp experience should be 1 year at least.
6-If your application denied , re-apply after one month.
